The problem
Electronic invoices arrive by email as XML and PDF. Small businesses and accounting firms lose hours finding, downloading and sorting them by tax ID before paying or filing.
What we did
We built BahIA: it connects to the inbox with read-only permissions, detects DIAN invoices, validates the CUFE, assigns each one to the right tax ID and shows due dates and a tax calendar. There is a white-label version for accounting firms.
The result
It is in production for small businesses and accounting firms: the inbox stops being the accounting archive and the accountant gets everything organized.
